So, I need a pocket knife that’s basically a largish folder, but I have no idea where to start. All I care about is that it’s not too small, that it fits in my pocket descreetly (preferrably w/ a pocket clip) that it’s sturdy and sharp, and that it’s not too expensive. I personally carry around a folding knife that is openable with one hand. It is 18CM long open and 11.5 CM long closed. It has a pocket clip.

Is this legal?
