For folding knives I&#8217;ve been recommended the Buck Iceman, its the right size, and I do want a serrated edge on the bottom, but i dont really know what im looking for.  Ive been told a carbon steel blade is the way to go.<br />
As for a hunting knife i&#8217;ve been recommended the Gerber profile.  I do want a fixed blade, something thats durrable and isn&#8217;t going to break on me.<br />
Any help is appreciated.<br />
