Rover asked: Is a sheath or folding blade better? What blade length or locking mechanism etc., and is a saw blade on the reverse of the knife a good thing (I already have a multi-tool).
Would a bowie knife be suitable for general outdoor use or would this be ‘overkill’? Any help welcome, thanks!

THE NEW MACGYVER asked:

RIght, i’m a minor, but I like fishing and hiking, and may do allitle hunting in the future. I plan on doing allot of fishing out in the middle of nowhere, and i would really like to have something other than my bowie knife in the unlikely event I’m attacked by a bear or cougar, or a predator of the 2-legged variety. I know that at 18, you can carry a rifle or shotgun, but i’m interested in a handgun, specificly a revolver. So, can I legaly carry a handgun under the age of 21 in the state of Oregon, Washington, or Idaho, or anywhere else for that matter? if so, can I legaly carry it concealed? if not, would a back pack, fannypack, or in my waistband, but I have a jacket on over it, but not trying to hide it, be considered concealed? also, can anybody tell me if theres much of a differance in acuracy between the NAA blackwidow with the 2 and 4 in. barrels? thanks.

Website content
