If you were hiking or camping would you not carry a knife and water bottle with you?

I would always carry twice as much water as I thought I’d need for a hike. I would carry a small pocket knife as well.
Yes, if you were hiking or camping, you should take a knife, water, flashlight, and a way to start fire, raingear, etc. Always be prepared for whatever can happen, because it might.
