Are you kidding me! If you have to ask. Yeah I would have to say that is pretty illegal. I don’t know where your from, but the police where i’m from would definately arrest you for having that kind of weapon.
Yes, I’m about 98% sure that this particular type of knife would
be illegal in all 50 States. A four inch knife blade may not be a ninja sword or an uzi, but it is definitely capable of killing someone if you were to stab a person with it several times, plus it is also capable of slitting someone’s throat. Keep it at home and don’t take it out in public. If you do, you are asking for trouble. The laws have changed about what type of knives are now considered to be weapons.
