what knife fish will not harass other fish?

never mind. I answered my own question. it turns out ther are 3 that i can not get. 1 has a really big mouth for a knife, the zebra knife is extremely aggressive, and the clown is slightly aggressive.

Years ago I had a brown knife that didn’t bother the other fish in the tank. LOL….it was actually a community set up and never lost a fish with him in there. Good call on the clown, they shouldn’t even sell those poor things.
Knife fish are predatory, but not usually agressive. As long as the other fish cant fit in their mouths they should be safe. As long as the Silver dollars are a reasonable size they will be safe.

i have a black ghost knife fish in my community tank and he dosent bother any of my fish
yea probly wont do much either species u get cuzz their skitish because alot of fish eat their fins because like 85% of their body is fin
African knife is the most docile of all the knife fishes !! will only grow to about 10 . they are very pleasant but shy!
