    How many gallons is your 4′ tank? If it’s over 50-gallons, which I suspect it is, and well planted, you could choose from most of the less aggressive South American Cichlids and Plecos for suitable tank-mates. Just be sure you don’t add anyone too small, or your Knife Fish will make a snack of them.
