we are in pa, dog owner lives in N.Y. but has 2nd home in pa.how can I find out if dog has previous biting incidents? and they also lied and told cop that dog had rabie shots which he did not, and the only fine they got was because the dog didnt have vaccination,the dog catcer said the dog was old and could barley move, but sons bites were in a place where you could tell he as trying to run away [top of right shoulder and under left arm under his armpit,i fear the guy might come back and try something, yes ,i dont trust his mental status any ideas on what to do would be greatly appreciated
ok , my house is 2 houses away from accident place . 5 yr. wasnt even their for more than 2 minutes before dog bite ,17 yr old wasnt on their property [dog owners] but on neighbors beside our house, they had no,,,, no tresspassing sign out, no beware of dog sign and dog was loose , they have a kennel area but keep garbage in it instead of dog son ran over with knife cause he seen dog attacking broher
ok, son dont always carry a knife we were getting ready to take him fishing,husband got a phone call,hence delay in leaving,5 yr old ran from our yrd to next door neighbors house to play on swingset as he always does, matter of a minute or 2 from him running next door he got bit by their neighbors dog ,no he shouldn’t have ran over, yes son threatened to kill dog,not neighbor, was there,and son never threatened to hurt anyone but dog untill neighbor yelled abut murdering son if he hurt dog,,older son wasnt on their property at all,was on his way to get 5 yr old when seen dog biting,had knfe on belt,,grabbed it and now all this,,guess if we are the ones who r in the wrong, was a waste to ask advise,,so in other words we shoud pay fine and shut up about it, and let them get away with their dogs bad behavior, mabe next time the old dog will bite someone elses kid worse, then it will be dealt with better,

I also had a dog that would jump up and look at our fish tank when and only when the fish had just given birth.
